Kelly certified as a 225- RYT in 2017. She currently teaches yoga at her private studio in a beautiful, serene environment where one can be refreshed and get respite from the frenzy of life. She has a passion for women creating opportunities for rest, community and spiritual growth as she often incorporates yoga into her one-day or weekend retreats. The intention for her classes is to allow people to focus on how God has created their body, mind and spirit to be connected. Kelly’s restorative method of teaching yoga will allow you to be encouraged, refreshed and benefit from pairing your breath with movement. Strength, balance and stability are some of the physical benefits from yoga which are the building blocks for managing our overall health continuum for wellness.
